Description:
(A) Holding a public hearing relating to adopting resolutions (1) authorizing and approving the
refunding, defeasance and/or redemption of all or a portion of the outstanding (i) Orange County
Health Facilities Authority Hospital Revenue Bonds (Orlando Health, Inc.), Series 2012A, issued
in the original principal amount of $152,295,000 (the "Series 2012A Bonds"), and (ii) Orange
County Health Facilities Authority Hospital Revenue Bonds (Orlando Health, Inc.), Series
2012B, issued in the original principal amount of $32,580,000 (the "Series 2012B Bonds," and
together with the Series 2012A Bonds, the "Prior Bonds"), (2) authorizing and approving the
execution and delivery of one or more escrow deposit agreements to effectuate such refunding,
defeasance and/or redemption of the Prior Bonds, and (3) authorizing and approving certain
related matters; and
(B) All other business as may properly come before the Authority at such meeting.
