Tourist Development Council Meeting

Overview

The Tourist Development Council is composed of nine members and makes recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners for the effective operation of special projects or uses of the tourist development tax revenue. The Council shall continuously review expenditures of the tourist development tax revenue, shall receive at least quarterly expenditure reports from the Board of County Commissioners or its designee and shall report to the Board of County Commissioners all expenditures of revenue believed to be unauthorized by the provisions of Article IV of the Orange County Code.
