Grand Opening of the New Holden Heights Community Center

WHAT: Grand opening for the new Holden Heights Community Center. The 10,500-sq.-ft. facility serves the Holden Heights area and includes spaces for multiple community-based programs. It replaces a smaller existing neighborhood facility that will be demolished with the eventual widening of the I-4 corridor. Features of the $4 million community center include a computer lab, high-tech training room, rental space, social service programs for vocational training and state-of-the-art technology.
