Environmental Streamlining Task Force
Reduce Duplication and Improve the Permitting Process

Mission

Environmental Streamlining: Orange County Mayor Teresa Jacobs established the Environmental Streamlining Task Force to review the County's environmental permitting regulations with the goal of reducing duplication and improving the permitting process. The stated mission of the Task Force is: Promote job growth and sustainable economic development to enhance community well-being by streamlining environmental related processes and customer service while ensuring our commitment to environmental stewardship.

Final Recommendation List

The Environmental Streamlining Task Force has made the following recommendations for consideration. The Task Force Chair, Anthony Cotter, will give the Orange County Board of County Commissioners a presentation on the progress of the Task Force on July 10, 2012, during the Discussion Agenda.
