Construction Trailer Permit

Process At A Glance

  1. Zoning shall indicate approval on the Building Permit application, site plan and floor plan.
  2. Application and construction documents are reviewed for compliance with the Florida Building Code by the Division of Building Safety.
  3. An approved set of the construction documents are stamped by Commercial Plans Review to be available in the field for all County inspections.
  4. Permit fees are paid to the Cashier.
  5. The Building permit number is issued. Inspection Record card, stamped construction documents and payment receipt are returned to applicant.
  6. Additional sub-permits may be obtained, which are then linked to the Building Permit for record purposes.

Required Tools

  1. The Building Permit Application form shall be approved by Zoning.
  2. Construction Trailer permitting process requirements are as follows:

    Construction Trailers 8 ft. X 32 ft. wide and smaller

    Construction Trailers over 8 ft. X 32 ft. (these construction trailers are considered modular buildings) Sales Trailers
  3. A licensed contractor will be required for this project.
    • NOTE: Only a Licensed Contractor is allowed to give Power of Attorney to an agent. Power of Attorney must be original, site specific and notarized.
