All American Boulevard

A one mile corridor from Clarcona-Ocoee Road
to Kennedy Boulevard

Planning ahead

The Board of County Commissioners initiated a study of about a one mile corridor from Clarcona-Ocoee Road to Kennedy Boulevard.

  • The realignment and widening of All American Boulevard project begins at Clarcona-Ocoee/Edgewater Drive intersection and ends approximately 600 foot west of Forest City Road.
  • The total length of this project is about 0.70 miles.

The Vote

In 2003, The Board of County Commissioners voted unanimously to approve the All American Boulevard Preliminary Engineering Report for final design, right-of-way acquisition and construction.

What will change?

The improvements consist of:

  • Constructing a four lane divided roadway with curb and gutter.
  • Sidewalk and bicycle lane on both sides of the road.
  • Closed drainage system.
  • Storm water from the project area will be collected through inlets and conveyed by a network of pipes to a retention/detention pond.
  • The improvements also include a signal at the intersection of Clarcona-Ocoee/Edgewater Drive.
  • Street lighting and landscaping work within the project limits.
