Eligibility
The Orange County Medical Clinic provides medical care and ancillary services to eligible adult Orange County residents. These services include primary care, specialty care, Registered Nurse case management, pharmacy services, diagnostic testing, and labs.
The financial eligibility guidelines include the following:
- Individual must not have a “medical home” or current Primary Care Provider
- Gross family income does not exceed 125 % of the current Federal Poverty Level
- Individual must be a United States citizen or have an approved or pending legal status in the United States
- Individual must have a social security number
- Individual must document current 30 days of permanent residency in Orange County
- Individual shall not have any type of health insurance including Medicaid, Medicare, or VA Benefits
- Individual cannot be currently involved in a medical lawsuit

Individual must provide the following documents:
- Valid ID with current address (If address is not current, will need two proofs of residency)
- Proof of U.S. Legal Status
- Proof of Orange County Residency
- Proof of four weeks of income
Once all financial and medical guidelines are met, an eligibility interview will be scheduled. If eligibility is approved, you will be scheduled for an appointment with an onsite primary care physician.
