Dispose Of Tires Properly

And report illegal disposal

Tire Disposal Options

It is important that waste tires be disposed of properly as tire piles can be breeding grounds for mosquitoes, which carry a variety of viruses.

  • Residents of unincorporated Orange County with curbside collection service can place up to four passenger car tires at the curb for large item pickup. Large items are collected the same day as yard waste. Please refer to the Residential Curbside Collection Program page for more information.
  • Residents or businesses that need to arrange for the removal or disposal of 25 or more waste tires must use a County-licensed waste tire transporter (not all of the businesses on this list service property owners, as some are commercial transporters only).
