Utilities Capital Improvement Program

The Utilities Department's Capital Improvement Program (CIP) includes solid waste, water, wastewater, and reclaimed water projects within the Orange County Utilities service areas. These projects are needed to accommodate growth; expand, modernize, and improve existing facilities; and renew and replace aging facilities. Please use the following documents for Orange County Utilities CIP pipeline and pump station projects.

Following are the submittal requirements for final Record Drawings or FDEP partial clearances:

• Provide a complete set of scans signed and sealed by the Engineer of Record. Include a TIFF image for each sheet and a complete set in a single Adobe PDF file.
• Provide three hard copies signed and sealed by the Engineer of Record.
• Provide one hard copy signed and sealed by the surveyor and a CD containing an Excel file of the following tables:
  • Coordinate Asset Tables
  • Deflection Analysis Table
  • Gravity Main Table
• Provide the AutoCAD file in .dxf or .dwg format.
• Final Record Drawings combine all previous partial clearances, contractor As-builts, surveyed coordinates with asset table, and all Orange County Utilities work into one complete set.
