Orange County Government’s Mental Health and Homelessness Division provides leadership, advocacy, oversight, and financial support via contractual relationships and management for vendors serving Orange County residents, while striving to meet the diverse and ever-changing needs of our community. Our goal is to establish a community where every person and family attains a state of well-being, has secure housing, and is respected with dignity.
