Professional Development Series

Coalition workgroups develop content for a series of professional development training and community forums. Health promotion professionals, healthcare professions, and law enforcement officers work with the Drug-Free Office to provide timely, relevant training for various stakeholders. Previous training topics include Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment in primary care settings, Medication-Assisted Treatment, Recovery Support, and Law enforcement strategies to reduce illicit drug supply and demand.
