Diabetes Prevention Program begins Thurs. July 6, 2017 11am-12noon. Join us for a proven lifestyle change program focusing on healthy eating, being active, and preventing diabetes. Classes conducted in a supportive small group setting with LuAnn Duncan. Class is free of charge but requires a year-long meeting commitment. To qualify you must be 18 or older and either have a family history of diabetes, overweight, diagnosed with pre-diabetes, and/or have a doctor referral.
