At this meeting, representatives from Orange County Utilities will present a brief overview of the project, discuss the construction schedule, and address your questions. You are encouraged to attend this meeting.

To increase the existing religious facility square footage from 18,000 sq ft to 23,000. The increase in size will not affect the sanctuary but will change the administrative use areas, restrooms, storage, stairwells, etc. The request also includes a 3,000 sq ft expansion to the existing school. Also the applicant is requesting to allow for architectural features to extent beyond the maximum height allowed by 5 to 10 feet.

To change the future land use from Commercial (C) to Medium Density Residential (MDR). The applicant is proposing to develop up to 343 multi-family residential units on the property.
