In accordance with Orange County Administrative Regulation: 8.12 “A” Use of County Facilities, which states that “County buildings and other facilities can be made available for use by the general public on a “cost use” basis when such buildings or facilities:
- Are open and available and not required for County use or can be made available;
- The space or facility desired is reasonably designed for or can accommodate the desired use without safety risk, the risk of abuse or harm to County property or breach of County Security; and
- The use of the space or facility is for purposes which will not constitute an illegal or immoral activity, a breach of peace or good order which will not reflect unfavorably upon Orange County government or the residents of Orange County.”
Rental fees are in accordance with the Division’s Approved Fee Schedule as follows:
- The standard rental fee at all Center facilities is $25.00 per hour for each of the first four hours of use and $10.00 per hour for each additional hour.
- A rental deposit of $50.00 is refundable after usage and cleaning of facility by renter.
- Insurance must be provided by the renter.
- All fee payments must be received within a minimum of 14 days prior to the requested rental date.

Step 1: Complete the Community Center Rental Request (CCRR) for review and approval.
- Ensure all information is complete and correct.
- Review renter guidelines.
- Sign required sections (electronically) and submit.
- Expect follow-up communication from center representative if applicable.
Step 2: Address Insurance and Public Assembly Prerequisites if applicable.
Step 3: Monitor email for approval.
- Upon approval, submit payment within 5 business days to secure the rental.
