(A) Adopting resolutions (i) authorizing and approving the execution and delivery of a supplemental trust indenture and a supplemental loan agreement to effectuate amendments to the Loan Agreement and Trust Indenture pursuant to which the Orange County Health Facilities Authority Hospital Revenue Bonds, Series 2014B (Adventist Health System/Sunbelt Obligated Group) (the "Series 2014B Bonds") were issued to remove, with the consent of the owners of the Series 2014B Bonds, Adventist Bolingbrook Hospital, an Illinois not-for-profit corporation ("Bolingbrook"), and Adventist Midwest Health, an Illinois not-for-profit corporation ("AMH"), as borrowers under such Loan Agreement and Trust Indenture, (ii) authorizing and approving the execution and delivery of a supplemental trust indenture and a supplemental loan agreement to effectuate amendments to the Loan Agreement and Trust Indenture pursuant to which the Orange County Health Facilities Authority Hospital Revenue Bonds, Series 2021C (AdventHealth Obligated Group) (the "Series 2021C Bonds") were issued to remove Adventist GlenOaks Hospital, an Illinois not-for-profit corporation ("GlenOaks"), Bolingbrook and AMH, as borrowers under such Loan Agreement and Trust Indenture, subsequent to the reallocation, defeasance and/or payment of the allocable Borrower Portions (as defined in such Loan Agreement) of GlenOaks, Bolingbrook and AMH, (iii) authorizing and approving the execution and delivery of any other documents necessary or appropriate to effect the matters set forth above, and (iv) authorizing and approving certain related matters; and (B) considering such other business as may properly come before the Authority at such meeting.
