Orange County is proud to host millions of visitors every year from all over the world. We are a diverse and inclusive community with many different backgrounds, ethnicities and nationalities. In fact, one out of every nine of our residents has moved to Orlando from outside the region since 2010, half from an international location.

To enable effective planning, requests for visits with Orange County Mayor Jerry L. Demings must be submitted in writing at least three weeks prior to the proposed visit date.

All visitors meeting with the Mayor will be screened through the U.S. Department of State and other Federal & State Agencies, and credentials must be presented upon meeting with the Mayor. (Please note that any delegation member who has not been pre‐screened, including U.S. citizens, will not be admitted to the meeting.) Meeting space allows for a limited number of participants.

In order to expedite your request, we kindly ask that you fill out the following information. Thank you for your interest in meeting with Mayor Demings and visiting Orange County, Florida. Once this information is completed and submitted, our team will review the request and contact the requestor.
