2025 benefit changes, before electing them during Open Enrollment. Open Enrollment is an important
opportunity for Orange County Government employees to review upcoming changes, then compare their current
coverage to their actual health care needs.
If you would like to keep the same benefit choices, no action is required. You will be automatically re-enrolled in your current plans. There's few exception:
Who Needs to Enroll:
- Employees changing their benefits.
- Employees changing their covered dependents.
- Employees who want a Flexible Spending Account (FSA, LPFSA, DCSA)) or are continuing their FSA in 2025.
- Employees who want to Open or activate a Health Savings Account (HSA)
