Description:
The purpose of the Authority is to assist not for profit health facilities in the acquisition, construction, financing, and refinancing of qualified projects in Orange County, Florida, and elsewhere subject to satisfaction of applicable law. This current meeting will consider the authorization and approval of the refunding, defeasance and/or redemption of all or a portion of the outstanding OCHFA revenue bonds related to Orlando Regional Healthcare System, as well as other business of the board.
