The purpose of this meeting is to review the Quarterly JAC Booking Data and to discuss Interagency Agreements among new updates as it pertains to the Juvenile Assessment Center's progression. This request is to change the Future Land Use Map designation on the subject property from Commercial (C), Office (O), and Low-Medium Density Residential (LMDR) to Industrial (IND) and Commercial (C). The applicant is proposing to develop up to 30,000 square feet of indoor retail and wholesale warehouse uses.

The proposed plan is to change the future land use map designation on the subject property from medium density residential (MDR) to medium High Density Residential (MHDR). The applicant is proposing to develop 147 affordable multi-family units.

The applicant proposed to change the Future Land Use amp designation on the subject property from Rural Settlement 1 dwelling unit per 1 acre (RS1/1) to Commercial (C). The request is also to change the zoning of the property from A-1 (Citrus Rural District) to C-1 (Retail Commercial District), with the intent to develop up to 22,346 sq feet of retail development.

This applicant proposes plan is to change the future land use from Rural Settlement 1 dwelling unit per acre RS 1/1 to Commercial (C). The applicant is also proposing to change the zoning of the property from A-1 (Citrus Rural District) to C-1 (Retail Commercial District) with the intent develop up to 39,053 sq feet of retail development.
