Process
Complete and submit a Petition for a
Binding Determination of Exemption (PDF)
.
Application can be mailed, delivered or faxed to Orange County Environmental Protection Division (EPD), 800 Mercy Drive, Suite 4, Orlando, FL 32808. Fax: (407) 836-1499.
Submit application with required materials listed in Section 3.
Application is reviewed for compliance with
County regulations
by EPD.
EPD will conduct a site review.
EPD will send a Request for Additional Information if needed.
Once the petition is administratively and technically complete, EPD issues the Determination.
The Determination is good in perpetuity.
Fees
$605.62.
$397.00 (for appeals and variances).
