A zoning verification letter is a request by an applicant to the division for verification of the property zoning and whether that property zoning is consistent with the County Comprehensive Plan. An applicant may request additional information regarding the property if desired.
Cover letter to the division requesting verification on a specific property and should include the following:

- Property Appraiser Office
- Interactive Mapping
- Address(es) associated with the property
- Legal description (optional)
- Fee payment
- Site plan of property (optional)

Review of the application does not begin until all the fees have been paid.
