Orange County uses a database to determine proposer's "Volume of Work" scores. This criterion is used in Requests for Proposal solicited under Florida State Statute 287.055 (the Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act, or CCNA). The database captures the value of work awarded each prime consultant, as well as sub-consultant, on any contract, amendment, purchase order issued pursuant to a continuing contract or sole source or emergency purchase, or change order to a purchase order.
Prime consultants are allocated dollars awarded exclusively to prime consultants. Sub-consultants are allocated dollars awarded exclusively to sub-consultants.
Data is discounted according to Orange County's fiscal year, which runs from October 1, through September 30. The Volume of Work score reflects this discount.

Please present clear and convincing evidence identifying the Volume of Work report error. By this we mean: provide a copy of the executed contracts and/or purchase orders that clearly show an error in computation. If you fail to challenge the data before the due date for receipt of proposals, it will be construed as your acceptance of your Volume of Work score as reported.
Complete report calculating Volume of Work that contains information based on all data regarding contract awards, task authorizations, change orders and amendments in a summary fashion, as verified and entered by county staff for a particular date range.
Transaction details report showing all the entries related to a particular consultant and or sub-consultant for a particular date range.
Report showing all contracts related to a particular consultant and can also show the detail information about a specific contract.
Report showing all PO's related to a particular consultant and can also show the detail information about a specific PO.
Report showing all CO's related to a particular consultant and can also show the detail information about a specific Change Order.
Report showing all Amendments to contract related to a particular consultant and can also show the detail information about a specific Amendment.
