The Isle of Pine Preserve is located in southeast Orange County off of Lake Mary Jane Road and is managed by the Orange County Environmental Protection Division. Hike or horseback ride on miles of trails through some of Florida’s unique habitats and there are lots of opportunities to view wildlife. Picnic on the shoreline of Lake Mary Jane or in the Isle of Pine that inspired the name for the property. The property is awash with blooming wildflowers in the spring and summer. No bicycles allowed.
