Orange County is updating the Chapter 8 Boats and Water Safety Ordinance to revise the Uniform Waterway Marker permit with updated signage on multiple waterbodies. Submit a comment on the proposed revisions.

Invest in your lake! Self-imposed property fees are an option to fund many lake management activities which may include: nuisance aquatic plant management or implementing pollutant-reduction projects. Contact EPD@ocfl.net to find out how you can partner with your neighbors to invest in the health and maintenance of your lake.
