Description:To amend the Future Land Use Map (FLUM) designation from Industrial (I) and Low Density Residential (LDR) to Planned Development (PD) to allow for the proposed mixed-use development including 200 multifamily units, 30 community residential homes, an assisted living facility, a skilled nursing facility, 60,000 square feet of commercial, 30,000 square feet of office, 75,000 square feet of educational, 55,000 square feet of civic, 20,000 square feet of recreational, 5 acres of agriculture, and 5 acres of campground uses. In addition, the applicant is seeking to rezone the subject property from R-CE (Country Estate District), A-2 (Farmland Rural District), and RSTD I-2/I-3 (Restricted Industrial District) to PD (Planned Development).
